Every picture has a short code, like HIND-50. Copy it from that picture's page here, then paste it with your Amazon order — in the gift message or customisation field, or as a note. That code is how we know which picture to build. If you are unsure where to put it, place the order and email us the code with your order number.

Yes, at the same price. There is no surcharge for a personal photograph at any quantity. Order on Amazon and send us the image; we will confirm before building. Higher resolution gives a better result — a phone photo taken in good light is usually fine, a scan of an old print often needs a look first.

It is designed for it. The frame draws under four watts and is rated for 24×7 operation. Left on continuously, a year of electricity costs roughly ₹280 at a typical domestic tariff — about a rupee a night.

No. The frame runs on low-voltage DC throughout and is cool to the touch, including the panel itself. That is deliberate — these are meant to sit in home shrines and on mandir walls where they may be near cloth, garlands or a lamp.

The panel is rated beyond 30,000 hours of continuous operation. Lit eight hours a day, that is over ten years. Lit around the clock, about three and a half. The print is sealed under a three-layer UV surface, so unlike an ordinary printed frame it does not fade in sunlight.

Two lit surfaces: 350 × 200 mm in a 400 × 250 mm frame, and 315 × 175 mm in a 345 × 205 mm frame. Both are available horizontal or vertical, in fibre as standard or wood and aluminium to order. You choose these on Amazon.

There is a no-drill wall mounting facility, so it can go up without making holes — useful in rented homes and on finished mandir walls. It can also simply stand on a shelf or table.
